Job Description:-

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Export to lead and expand our international business operations. The candidate will be responsible for export sales growth, overseas distributor management, market expansion, and order execution for FMCG / cosmetic products.

Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and manage export markets across Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, CIS, and other regions
Appoint, manage, and grow international distributors, importers, and channel partners
Drive export sales targets, revenue growth, and market penetration
Handle pricing, negotiations, contracts, MOQs, and payment terms
Coordinate with internal teams for production planning, logistics, documentation, and dispatch
Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, INCOTERMS, FEMA,



and country-specific regulations
Manage export documentation such as LCs, invoices, packing lists, COO, MSDS, and product registrations
Track shipments, payment realization, and customer satisfaction
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence for management

Desired Candidate Profile:-
Education: Graduate / MBA in International Business, Sales, or Marketing (preferred)
Experience: 5–10 years in export sales (FMCG / Cosmetics / Personal Care preferred)
Robust knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and international trade norms
Proven experience in overseas distributor development and B2B export sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirement
