As a Field Phlebotomist, you will be a critical part of our mission, directly impacting patient care and convenience. This role involves extensive fieldwork, primarily collecting blood samples from patient residences or designated collection points in and around Thane, and ensuring their secure and prompt delivery to our partnered diagnostic laboratories.
You will represent Zelnoo on the ground, upholding our standards of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your ability to provide a comfortable and sterile blood collection experience is paramount, as is your commitment to adhering to all safety and procedural guidelines.
What Success Looks LikeConsistently achieving daily sample collection targets.
Maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction through skilled and empathetic interactions.
Ensuring all samples are collected, handled, and transported according to established protocols, maintaining sample integrity.
Timely and effective delivery of samples to designated labs.
Accurate maintenance of collection records and use of Zelnoo's operational tools.
Responsibilities
Travel to patient locations within Thane and surrounding areas to collect blood samples.
Perform venipuncture following established medical and safety protocols.
Ensure proper labelling, handling, and storage of all collected samples.
Transport collected samples securely and promptly to designated diagnostic laboratories.
Maintain a clean and sterile environment for blood collection.
Record patient information and collection details accurately.
Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
