· Provide legal advisory on direct and indirect tax laws, corporate laws, and regulatory matters

· Handle tax notices, assessments, appeals, and litigation

· Draft, vet, and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents

· Ensure compliance with laws such as the Companies Act, 2013 and Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act.

· Represent clients before authorities and tribunals (e.g., tax departments, appellate bodies)

· Conduct legal research and track updates in financial and corporate regulations

· Coordinate with internal CA teams for audits, compliance, and advisory services

Required Qualifications

· LLB degree from a recognized university

· Enrollment with the Bar Council

· Robust knowledge of taxation and corporate laws

· Valuable drafting and legal research skills

· Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

· LLM (Corporate Law / Taxation) or relevant specialization

· Prior experience in a CA firm, consultancy, or legal practice

· Exposure to tax litigation and compliance work

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
