Market Expertise : Robust Knowledge of Navi Mumbai & Thane KDMC areas like Airoli, Nerul, Turbhe
Client Handling : Meet HNI, Investors and Business owners. Conduct site visits and close deals
Lead Generation : generate leads through portals, channel partners, and direct references
CRM & Reporting : Maintain daily MIS, follow-ups, and sales reports
Team Coordination : Coordinate with Marketing, Loan, and Legal for smooth documentation

Key Requirements :
Language : English / Hindi / Marathi
Experience : 5+ Years in Real Estate Sales, Builder side experience is a must




Local Market : Candidate should have worked on Navi Mumbai / Thane projects
Skills : Negotiation, Closing and Target Oriented

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹68,000.00 per month
