Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and debugging.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software design and development processes.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OMP Plus.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
Familiarity with version control systems and cooperative development tools.
Valuable problem-solving skills and attention to detail in coding practices.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in OMP Plus.
