Parts Executive – Short Job Description

Designation: Parts Executive
Department: Spare Parts / Stores
Reports To: Parts Manager / Store Incharge

Job Purpose:
To manage spare parts inventory, ensure timely availability of parts for workshop operations, maintain stock accuracy, and support parts sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor spare parts inventory.
Issue parts against job cards and workshop requirements.
Raise purchase requests and follow up on orders.
Conduct stock verification and maintain inventory records.
Update transactions in DMS/ERP systems.
Manage GRN, invoices, and parts documentation.
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and suppliers.
Control slow-moving and non-moving stock.
Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, and safety standards.

Qualification:
Graduate/Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or related field with 1–3 years of experience in spare parts/store operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
