We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion SaaS Administrator with 5+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SaaS administration. The candidate will be responsible for managing Oracle Fusion environments, coordinating environment refreshes and cloning activities, monitoring scheduled jobs, and ensuring smooth operation of production and non-production environments. The role requires strong stakeholder communication, planning, troubleshooting, and operational support skills.
Key Responsibilities
5 years of overall experience with at least 2 years of experience of working in Oracle Fusion SaaS related admin activities
Experienced in overseeing production and non-production (Test/Dev) environments, coordinating clones and environment refreshes.
Plan and publish the environment related activities well in advance. Ensure to communicate the activity / change in plan in timely manner
Hands on experience in scheduling of jobs, monitoring and maintenance activities of scheduled jobs
Excellent communication skills with experience is interacting with customer stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Skill Requirements
5+ years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SaaS administration.
Experience managing Oracle Fusion Production, Test, and Development environments.
Hands-on experience with environment cloning and refresh activities.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and communicate workplace-related activities and changes.
Experience in scheduling, monitoring, and maintaining Oracle Fusion scheduled jobs.
Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion SaaS environment management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working directly with customer/business stakeholders.
Ability to support operational activities and ensure service continuity.
