Supervise and execute road construction activities including earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, asphalt/bituminous works, concrete pavements, and drainage. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, IRC/MORTH standards, and project schedule.
Coordinate with surveyors, subcontractors, machine operators, and labor teams for smooth execution.
Check levels, alignment, camber, thickness, and quality of materials at site.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, and measurement books (MB).
Coordinate with QA/QC engineers for material testing and quality control.
Ensure safety norms and site discipline are strictly followed.
Assist in billing, quantity estimation, BOQ reconciliation, and certification.
Coordinate with consultants and client representatives for inspections and approvals.
Identify site issues and suggest technical solutions to Project Manager.





Skills & Requirements:
Solid knowledge of road construction methods and machinery (Paver, Roller, Batching Plant, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret GFC drawings and specifications.
Good command over MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic).
Proficiency in English is mandatory (for reporting, coordination, and documentation).
Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at site and handle execution pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
