Position Overview

Naad Wellness is seeking a dedicated and skilled Wellness Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality wellness therapies as prescribed by doctors and ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Perform wellness, Ayurveda, naturopathy, and spa therapies as assigned.
Deliver treatments strictly according to doctor-prescribed therapy protocols.
Prepare therapy rooms and treatment materials before each session.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in therapy areas.
Monitor guest comfort and report any concerns to the concerned department.
Maintain treatment records and therapy schedules accurately.
Ensure proper use, storage, and inventory management of oils, herbs, and therapy equipment.
Follow organizational SOPs and wellness center guidelines.
Provide courteous and skilled service to all guests.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma/Certificate in Ayurveda Therapy, Naturopathy, Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy,



or related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with professional training may also apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work in shifts and a wellness retreat environment.
