Key Responsibilities Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of raw materials, bought-out items, and finished goods. Ensure accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP. Maintain stock levels and monitor minimum/maximum inventory. Perform daily material transactions (GRN, Issue, Return, Transfer). Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Logistics departments. Conduct cycle counts, physical stock verification, and inventory reconciliation. Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation and proper material identification. Supervise loading, unloading, packing, and dispatch activities. Maintain store documentation such as GRN, BIN cards, stock registers, and dispatch records. Ensure 5S, safety, and warehouse housekeeping standards. Lead and guide store executives,



operators, and helpers. Analyze inventory reports and reduce excess, obsolete, and slow-moving stock.
