Job Description: Develop and maintain Task and Routine Playbooks for scalable, goal-oriented dialog flows.
Ensure consistency and reusability across workflows for repeatable business outcomes.
Responsibilities: Configure and manage Datastores to enable adaptive, session-aware interactions.
Integrate with REST APIs, databases, and third-party services to enrich bot capabilities.
Conduct manual testing and flow optimization to ensure high accuracy in intent detection and seamless backend integration.
Design and execute test cases to validate conversational flows and backend connectivity.
Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in any stream 8+ years
