Role Overview
We are hiring a Master Teacher – Physics with strong expertise in IIT-JEE Advanced and JEE Mains. The role requires delivering high-impact classroom sessions, mentoring aspirants, and driving top-tier academic outcomes.
This is a full time, onsite role based anywhere in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, or Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured and engaging classroom sessions for IIT-JEE Mains & Advanced (Physics).
Build solid conceptual foundations and advanced problem-solving skills.
Create and curate high-quality study materials, assignments, and mock tests.
Conduct regular doubt-solving and revision sessions.
Analyze student performance and provide academic mentorship.
Implement exam strategies and time-management techniques.
Collaborate with the academic and content teams to enhance curriculum delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
Strong subject matter expertise in Physics (IIT-JEE Advanced & Mains level mandatory).
Prior experience in teaching IIT-JEE aspirants (minimum 2–5 years preferred).
Ability to teach in Tamil (mandatory).
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for mentoring and driving student success.
Preferred Qualifications
B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc (Physics) from a reputed institution.
Proven student results in IIT-JEE.
Experience in reputed coaching institutes or EdTech organizations.
