Responsibilities

· Deliver lectures and training sessions on logistics, supply chain management, shipping, warehousing, freight forwarding, customs clearance, etc and related subjects.

· Design, develop, and update curriculum and lesson plans to align with current industry trends and operational practices.

· Integrate real-life logistics operations, case studies, and examples (from FLG Shipping & Logistics) into classroom teaching.

· Mentor and guide students throughout their academic journey, including classroom sessions, assignments, and on-the-job training (OJT).

· Coordinate and support the OJT program in collaboration with the process & operations department and academics department.

· Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and assessments; maintain accurate academic records.

· Conduct periodic reviews of teaching methods and suggest improvements for academic quality enhancement.





· Plan and organize industrial visits, guest lectures, and workshops to provide students with practical exposure.

· Stay updated with advancements in the logistics and supply chain sector and incorporate them into teaching materials.

· Support academic administration in preparing reports, training materials, and compliance documents.

· Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to ensure high training standards and student success.

· Represent the Academy in academic forums, seminars, and industry collaboration events.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
