Required Skills
7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Robust implementation experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Proven experience delivering solutions for Wealth Management and Retail Banking.
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Experience.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, roles, profiles, permission sets, and Shield (preferred).
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
Robust understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
