Job Description

A reputed hospital is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive with a solid background in hospital recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting both clinical and non-clinical specialists and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment MIS.
Achieve hiring targets within the defined timelines.

Required Skills
Strong experience in hospital or healthcare recruitment.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Positive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment tools.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a hospital or healthcare organization.
Experience in hospital recruitment is mandatory.
Candidates from non-hospital recruitment backgrounds will not be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
