Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative, play-based, and interactive lessons.
Foster children's early literacy, numeracy, communication, and motor skills.
Create a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom setting.
Maintain classroom discipline using positive reinforcement techniques.
Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and development.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom displays.
Organize storytelling, rhymes, music, art, craft, and outdoor activities.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and career development programs.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECCEd, or equivalent preferred).
B.Ed. is an added advantage.
1–3 years of experience in a preschool or pre-primary setting (freshers with relevant qualifications may apply).

Pay: ₹20,753.50 - ₹25,666.12 per month
