We are looking for an inspiring and creative Graphic Design Faculty to join our team at Dream Zone, Kasaragod. If you love design, stay updated with up-to-date industry trends, and have a passion for mentoring students to unlock their creative potential, this role is for you.

As a faculty member, you will bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations, ensuring students graduate with solid, professional portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, practical training on graphic design concepts, color theory, typography, and visual communication.
Teach standard design software packages in accordance with the Dream Zone curriculum.
Guide students through live projects, assignment evaluations, and portfolio development.
Maintain a productive, disciplined,



and creative environment during lab and practical sessions.
Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to prepare students for corporate placements and freelance opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of core design software is mandatory:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
CorelDRAW
Adobe InDesign
Preferred Advantage: Working knowledge or familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and wireframing principles.
Education: Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or professional certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a design trainer or industry professional is preferred. Talented freshers with an exceptional design portfolio will also be considered.
Communication: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to confidently mentor students.
