Front desk receptionist for clinic

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients with a warm and skilled attitude.
Manage appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries.
Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
Coordinate with physiotherapists regarding daily appointments.
Process billing and payments.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist with basic administrative tasks and inventory coordination when required.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).

Preferred Candidate

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
