JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role We are looking for a results-driven School Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategy across digital and offline channels, converting marketing activity into admissions and enrolment growth. This is a full time, in-office role in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to generate quality admission leads.
Own SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.
Drive online marketing across social media, email, WhatsApp, landing pages, and marketing automation.
Lead offline marketing — school events, open houses, seminars, print, hoardings, BTL activities, and on-ground activations.




Manage the marketing calendar aligned to the admissions cycle.
Track and report on campaign performance (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions) and optimize spend.
Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and vendors.
Collaborate with the admissions team to align marketing with enrolment targets.

Must-Have Requirements
Prior marketing experience within the School / Education industry (mandatory).
Willing to work onsite in Hyderabad (mandatory).
4–7 years of overall marketing experience.
Hands-on expertise in running ads (Google & Meta), SEO, and online + offline marketing.
Robust analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

Good-to-Have
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
Experience marketing during an admissions cycle; team or agency management.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.
