AIM HIGHH FORUM is committed to delivering excellent services and building strong, lasting relationships with its members/clients/stakeholders. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Relationship Manager to join our team in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients/members/stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and requirements
Identify opportunities for business growth and client retention
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client needs
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate records of client interactions
Organize and support meetings, events, or presentations as required
Achieve targets related to client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
Prepare periodic reports on relationship management activities





Candidate Requirements

Education:
Commerce graduate preferred (B.Com or equivalent)
Hotel Management students are also preferred with front desk experience
Graduates from other disciplines are also welcome to apply

Skills:
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (spoken primarily)
Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Positive negotiation and problem-solving skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.)
Self-motivated with a positive, client-focused attitude

Experience:
Freshers can apply; prior experience in client servicing, sales, or relationship management will be an added advantage

Salary: As per industry standards / negotiable based on experience
Working Days: To be specified

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
