We are looking for an HR cum Recruiter who will handle end-to-end recruitment along with supporting core HR activities. This is a dual role ideal for someone who enjoys both talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination)
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates
Post jobs on portals and use different sourcing channels
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Handle onboarding and documentation of recent hires
Maintain candidate and employee records
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Assist in HR operations like attendance, policies, and employee queries
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist role
Good understanding of hiring processes and HR practices
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Experience in embedded hiring or bulk hiring is mandatory
Preferred:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
Experience in IT/Non-IT hiring (customize based on your need)
