Follow Personnel Hygiene practices and monitor Departmental hygiene.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance of department, premises and equipment.
Ensure environmental conditions of all areas are maintained as per requirement.
Co-ordination with packing, purchase, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and other departments for effective functioning of packing /raw material stores
Carry out dispensing activity as per dispensing plan.
Responsible for receipt, storage, dispensing and accounting of packing materials/ raw material
Preparing regular reports and statistics related of packing /raw materials on a daily, weekly basis.
Basic working knowledge of ERP/SAP systems along with the ability to handle and coordinate manpower effectively.
Any other assignment allocated by department head.
