Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, fee collections, and day-to-day accounting operations of the institute. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software, financial reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain institute accounts, ledgers, and financial records
Manage student fee collection, receipts, and reconciliation
Handle vouchers, bills, and expense tracking
Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly financial reports
Work on Tally / accounting software for bookkeeping
Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
Assist in budgeting and financial planning
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
Support audit processes and maintain documentation
Coordinate with management for financial updates and reporting

Eligibility Criteria




B.Com with experience / M.Com or relevant qualification
Minimum 1–3 years experience in accounting (education institute experience preferred)
Freshers with strong Tally knowledge may also apply

Required Skills
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
Solid numerical and analytical skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good documentation and reporting skills
Experience in education institute accounting or fee management
Knowledge of ERP / fee management software

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
