Position: Legal & Regulatory Compliance Intern

About the Internship

Complinova is an AI-powered Compliance & Risk Management platform that helps organizations stay compliant with regulations issued by various authorities. As a Legal & Regulatory Compliance Intern, you will work with regulatory updates, legal documents, and AI-assisted compliance workflows. This internship offers hands-on exposure to LegalTech, regulatory research, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities
Review circulars, notifications, amendments, and regulatory updates issued by authorities such as SEBI, RBI, MCA, IRDAI, IFSCA, PFRDA, and other regulators.
Read and understand legal provisions and assess their applicability.
Verify AI-generated summaries and serial-wise regulatory changes for accuracy.




Update validated regulatory information in the Complinova platform.
Conduct legal and regulatory research to support compliance updates.
Ensure legal references, timelines, and compliance requirements are accurate and up to date.
Maintain high standards of documentation, quality, and consistency.
Work closely with the Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to validate regulatory content.
Assist in improving the platform's legal knowledge base and compliance workflows.

Eligibility
Pursuing LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB / LLM.
Students in 2nd year onwards are preferred.
Freshers with a robust interest in Legal Research and Compliance are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
