A Tender Executive is responsible for managing the complete tender process from identifying prospects to submitting bids on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Search and monitor tender opportunities on GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-tender websites.
Download and study tender documents.
Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
Coordinate with HOD to collect required documents and information.
Upload bids on e-tender portals before the submission deadline.
Prepare EMD, Bank Guarantee, and other tender-related documents.
Maintain records of submitted tenders and their status.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain tender documentation.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of GeM and e-tendering portals.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF editing.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of commercial and contractual terms.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in tendering or bid management (freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).
