Key Responsibilities
Identify and source potential land parcels suitable for real estate development.

Conduct site visits and prepare land evaluation reports.
Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project acquisition.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel frequently for site visits.
Valid Driving License preferred.
