Admission Counsellor / Telecaller

Cook & Bake Academy is looking for experienced Admission Counsellors / Telecallers to join our growing team.

Job Location
Paschim Vihar, New Delhi

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Based on experience, communication skills and performance)

Experience Required
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor, Education Counsellor or Telecaller.
Freshers are NOT eligible.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound admission calls.
Counsel students about Culinary and Bakery courses.
Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp and email.
Convert enquiries into admissions.
Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
Maintain enquiry records and admission reports.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Work with MS Office and CRM software.

Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Professional telephone etiquette.




Positive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Minimum 2 years of experience in educational admissions is mandatory.
