Responsibilities of a Physics ProfessorTeaching and Classroom Duties
Deliver engaging lectures and conduct problem-solving tutorial sessions.
Design course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
Assess student performance by grading quizzes, examinations, homework, and laboratory reports.
Hold regular office hours to provide academic support and guidance to students.

Laboratory and Practical Work
Supervise and conduct hands-on physics laboratory experiments.
Teach students secure laboratory practices and the proper use of scientific equipment.
Maintain laboratory instruments, equipment, and measurement devices to ensure they function correctly.

Research and Scholarship
Conduct original research in a specialized area of physics.




Write and publish research papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
Present research findings at academic conferences and seminars.
Apply for research grants and secure funding for research projects.

Student Mentoring and Academic Service
Mentor students on academic projects, research, and career development.
Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and academic events.
Assist with institutional responsibilities such as student admissions, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
