Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to oversee laboratory operations and drive strategic initiatives in alignment with the CEO's vision. This role requires a talented leader with solid technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to influence high-level decisions. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless integration of scientific excellence with business strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development and Achieving Annual Business Targets.

Lead and manage laboratory projects, ensuring timely execution within budget.

Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to design and implement creative strategies.

Oversee daily laboratory operations, maintaining high standards of safety, quality,



and compliance.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and achieve project milestones.

Facilitate communication between the CEO, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Stay abreast of industry trends to propose innovative solutions for business challenges.

Qualifications and Skills :

A bachelor’s/master’s degree in science, engineering, or business.

Proven track record of managing projects in a laboratory, research, or business setting (4+ years).

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
