Roles & Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Calling
Lead Conversion: Contacting leads generated through digital campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) to introduce clinic services and treatments.
Inquiry Handling: Answering incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and website inquiries promptly to address potential client questions.

Appointment Scheduling & Management
Booking Consultations: Scheduling client appointments for Dermatologists, MBBS Doctors, and Consultants using the clinic management software.
Confirmations & Reminders: Making daily reminder calls/messages to clients scheduled for upcoming visits to minimize no-show rates.
Rescheduling & Follow-ups: Following up with missed appointments, cancelled clients, or prospects who previously expressed interest to get them back on the calendar.

Client Counseling & Service Knowledge
Basic Guidance: Providing general information about various treatments (e.g., PRP therapy, hair transplants, laser hair reduction, chemical peels).
Cross-Selling & Packages:



Explaining current clinic offers, diagnostic packages, or membership plans to encourage higher footfall.

Data Entry & CRM Maintenance
Logging Interactions: Maintaining accurate logs of caller details, feedback, call status, and appointment dates in the clinic’s CRM or Excel tracking sheet.
Pipeline Updates: Marking statuses clearly (e.g., Interested, Booked, Callback Required, Not Interested, Invalid Number).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
