​Key Responsibilities

​Clinical Care: Administer medications, immunizations, and prescribed treatments safely.

​Pediatric IV Expertise: Demonstrate high proficiency in pediatric peripheral IV insertion, blood draws, and fluid management, ensuring minimal distress for young patients.

​Patient Triage: Measure and record vital signs, growth charts (height/weight), and medical histories.

​Effective Communication: Act as the primary liaison between families and providers. Explain medical procedures, post-visit instructions, and dosage guidelines clearly and empathetically to parents.

​Clinic Flow & Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records (EHR). Assist providers during examinations and procedures.

​Punctuality & Reliability: Show up consistently and on time for shifts to ensure smooth clinic operations and uninterrupted patient care.

​Qualifications & Skills

​Education & License: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

​Clinical Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in pediatric setup.

​

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
