Job Title: Resident Engineer / Resident Construction Manager / Site-in-Charge

NOTE : IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE REQUIRED OR MORE PREFERRED

Qualification & Experience:
B.E. / B.Tech (Civil Engineering) with minimum 15 years of experience in construction of Government buildings.
Diploma (Civil Engineering) with minimum 20 years of experience in Government building construction.
Mandatory experience in CPWD (Central Public Works Department) building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Overall supervision, monitoring, and management of site execution activities.
Ensure quality control and adherence to CPWD specifications, drawings, and contract conditions.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
Preparation and submission of daily site progress reports (DLR reports).
Execution of works as per Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) and other applicable standards.
Handle client billing, measurement, verification, and certification of work.
Manage manpower, materials, and resources efficiently.
Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Maintain safety standards and compliance with statutory requirements.




Report directly to the Director regarding progress, challenges, and solutions.

Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of CPWD and Government building construction projects.
Expertise in DSR (Delhi Schedule of Rates) and client billing.
Proficiency in preparation of reports, documentation, and client coordination.
Leadership skills for managing teams at site level.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Location: Pune / Pan India (as per project requirements)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
