Front of House Staff are responsible for welcoming customers, providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring guests have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers politely
Take customer orders accurately
Serve food and beverages efficiently
Answer customer questions about menu items and services
Handle cash, card payments, and billing
Maintain cleanliness of dining and reception areas
Coordinate with kitchen and other staff members
Resolve customer complaints professionally
Ensure tables and service areas are organized
Follow health and safety regulations
Skills and Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and qualified attitude
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Teamwork and problem-solving abilities
Previous hospitality experience preferred but not always required
Working Conditions
Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays
Standing for long periods
Busy customer-facing environment
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
