We are hiring a Service Manager to oversee after-sales service operations for AJAX Self-Loading Concrete Mixers (SLCMs). The role involves managing workshop and field service, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing machine uptime, and leading the service team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage workshop and field service operations.
Ensure timely machine maintenance, breakdown support, and repairs.
Lead and monitor Service Engineers and Technicians.
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Process warranty claims and coordinate with AJAX OEM.
Achieve service revenue, AMC, and customer satisfaction targets.
Coordinate with the Parts team for spare parts availability.
Monitor service KPIs and submit MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.

Experience
5–8 years in construction equipment or heavy machinery service, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Experience with AJAX SLCMs is preferred.
