Job Summary:
We are looking for an Application Support – Jocata professional for the Banking domain to support the Jocata Risk Management application. The role involves resolving production issues, managing data flows, and supporting middle-office operations.
Key Responsibilities: Resolve production issues related to the Jocata Risk Management application. Manage data flows across the application. Provide application support for middle-office operations.
Qualifications and Skills: 4+ years of experience in application support, credit risk systems, market risk systems, or financial/fintech operations. Proficiency in Linux, SQL, and data analytics. Understanding of credit risk assessments, AML regulations, and IRAC norms.
Positive to Have: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder communication skills. Ability to work in a quick-paced financial environment.
