Key Responsibilities:
Execute and supervise MIVA aluminium formwork activities at the construction site.
Prepare and review MIVA shuttering and cycle planning.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution of work.
Ensure proper alignment, level, and quality of MIVA formwork before and after concreting.
Monitor daily site progress and achieve planned construction targets.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with QA/QC and Planning teams to resolve site issues.
Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and update project documentation.
Ensure timely material planning and availability for uninterrupted site execution.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain housekeeping at the work site.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
2–8 years of experience in MIVA/Aluminium Formwork construction.
Valuable knowledge of RCC, formwork systems, and high-rise residential projects.
Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
Solid coordination and problem-solving skills.
