Retail Pharmacy Operations
Ensure accurate dispensing of prescription medicines in compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations.
Verify prescriptions for dosage, drug interactions, contraindications, and patient safety.
Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines, including cold-chain products.
Maintain SOPs, regulatory documentation, and statutory compliance.
Ensure store hygiene, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Team Leadership
Support the Team Leader in managing pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and store staff.
Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor team productivity.
Train, coach, and mentor team members on SOPs, customer service, and product knowledge.
Monitor attendance, shift planning, and manpower utilization.
Foster a customer-focused and performance-driven work culture.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
