Job Description :

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand vehicle service or repair requirements.
Conduct vehicle walk-around inspection and note customer complaints.
Prepare repair orders/job cards with accurate details.
Coordinate with workshop technicians for diagnosis and repair updates.
Explain repair estimates, timelines, warranty coverage, and service recommendations to customers.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery with proper quality checks.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repair progress.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate critical cases when required.
Maintain service records, customer history, and follow-up data in DMS/software.
Ensure achievement of customer satisfaction (CSI) and revenue targets.




Coordinate with spare parts department for parts availability.

Educational Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Graduate with automobile experience may also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
