Position: ORM Executive (Online Reputation Management)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ORM Executive to manage and enhance the online reputation of our media brands across digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring brand mentions, responding to audience queries, managing online conversations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive brand image across social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor brand mentions, comments, reviews, and discussions across social media, websites, forums, and news platforms.
Track and analyze online sentiment related to the organization, channels, anchors, and key personalities.
Respond to audience queries, feedback, complaints, and escalations in a timely and qualified manner.
Coordinate with Editorial, Social Media,



Marketing, PR, and Legal teams for issue resolution and crisis management.
Identify potential reputation risks and immediately escalate sensitive issues to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ORM reports, including sentiment analysis and performance metrics.
Monitor competitor activities and benchmark industry best practices.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Support social media engagement initiatives and community management activities.
Stay updated with digital trends, platform algorithms, and emerging online conversations.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
