Export Documentation & Compliance
Prepare legal paperwork: Issue flawless commercial invoices, exact packing lists, Bills of Lading (BL), Airway Bills, and Certificates of Origin (COO).
Manage trade compliance: Ensure all operations comply with institutions like the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) and global customs bodies.
Handle trade finance: Manage Letters of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, advance payments, and Bank Realisation Certificates (BRC).
Audit readiness: Maintain highly organized archival systems of export records for sudden internal or external regulatory audits.
Medical Regulatory Alignment
Verify product certifications: Confirm that shipping consignments align with location-specific medical approvals like CE marking, FDA clearance, ISO 13485, or regional regulatory bodies.
Monitor technical dossiers:
Coordinate with internal Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure export labels and instruction manuals meet the language and legal norms of destination countries.
Maintain quality checks: Ensure medical goods are packaged strictly according to fragile or temperature-sensitive international healthcare shipping standards.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
Vendor negotiation: Coordinate with Custom House Agents (CHA), shipping lines, and air freight forwarders to secure optimal cargo rates.
End-to-end tracking: Monitor international shipments from the warehouse floor to final delivery destinations, proactively resolving customs holdups.
Risk management: Liaison closely with insurance companies to safeguard valuable medical shipments against transit damages.
