Job Summary

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for handling enquiries from prospective parents and students, providing accurate information about the school's curriculum, facilities, admission procedures, and fee structure. The role involves guiding families through the admission process, coordinating with various departments, maintaining admission records, and supporting enrollment targets while ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to admission enquiries through phone, email, website, and in-person visits.
Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's academic programs, facilities, extracurricular activities, and admission requirements.
Conduct campus tours and school orientation sessions for prospective families.
Guide applicants through the admission process, including application submission, documentation, assessments, interviews, and enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, admissions,



and follow-up activities using the school's admission management system.
Follow up with prospective families to encourage application completion and enrollment.
Coordinate admission tests, interviews, and communication between applicants and school departments.
Explain fee structures, payment schedules, scholarships (if applicable), and school policies.
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and educational partners.
Support admission campaigns, education fairs, open houses, and promotional events.
Prepare admission reports and track enquiry-to-enrollment conversion rates.
Collaborate with the academic, administrative, finance, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Ensure compliance with school policies, admission guidelines, and applicable regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of applicant and student information.

Pay: ₹11,427.19 - ₹22,000.00 per month
