Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Scheduling: Creating work schedules, identifying milestones, and coordinating tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
Technical Supervision: Interpreting construction drawings, preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), and providing technical guidance to construction crews and subcontractors.
Site Management: Monitoring daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards.
Coordination: Liaising with consultants, contractors, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.
Reporting and Documentation: Drafting progress reports, tracking project costs, and maintaining records of site activities.
Resource Allocation: Assigning tasks to laborers, managing materials, and ensuring effective use of equipments.
Travel Between Sites: Visiting multiple construction sites as required to monitor progress and provide in office solutions.

Qualifications

Prior experience in construction site management or civil engineering projects is often preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
