Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities with our US clients. The recruiter should possess robust communication skills, an understanding of the US staffing process, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on client requirements, technical skills, experience, and visa status.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.




Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to fulfill client requirements within SLA timelines.
Ensure compliance with US staffing policies and documentation requirements.
Develop long-term relationships with candidates for future prospects.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
Knowledge of various employment types including W2, C2C, and 1099.
Understanding of US work authorizations such as US Citizens, Green Card, EAD, H-1B, TN, and OPT/CPT.
Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
Solid sourcing, screening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District)
