Job Description

Arka Jain University is looking for energetic and result-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our Admissions & Outreach Team. The role involves engaging with prospective students and parents, counselling them on university programs, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students generated through digital leads, walk-ins, and referrals
Counsel students and parents about UG, PG, Diploma & Online programs offered by Arka Jain University
Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and admission process clearly
Follow up with interested candidates to ensure conversion within deadlines
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission targets
Coordinate with the admissions, marketing, and operations team
Attend review meetings and training sessions regularly

Eligibility & Skills Required
Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)




Prior experience in tele sales, education counselling, or admissions preferred
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (local language is a plus)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented, disciplined, and professional approach
Ability to work under pressure during admission seasons
