About the Role

Ritz Corporation is looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-aware Content Creator to develop engaging digital content for our brands and platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, social media trends, video content, branding, and audience engagement.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing, design, and media teams to create impactful content that enhances brand visibility and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels
Develop creative ideas for reels, videos, posts, campaigns, and branding activities
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content execution
Write basic scripts, captions, and content concepts
Stay updated with current social media trends and viral content formats
Participate in shoots, brainstorming sessions, and campaign planning
Ensure consistency in brand tone and visual identity
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns





Required Skills
Creativity and cutting-edge thinking
Strong communication and presentation skills
Understanding of social media platforms and trends
Basic knowledge of content planning and branding
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team collaboration and coordination skills
Basic scriptwriting or caption-writing skills are an added advantage

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or related field
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Portfolio/sample work is preferred
