We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead to guide and mentor our development team, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain high-quality coding standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on expertise in modern web technologies.

Key Skills Required:
Solid expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js (MERN stack).
Experience with Next.js, Nest.js, or other modern frameworks.
Valuable understanding of databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers (4–6 members).
Plan sprints, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.




Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define requirements.
Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Support team members in troubleshooting and performance optimization
Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and technologies.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹84,917.48 per month
