Qualification
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Telecom Engineering, or a related discipline.
Relevant NSQF/SSC Trainer Certification (preferred).
ToT Certified candidates will be preferred.
Experience
Minimum 5 -7 years of industry or training experience in telecom, electrical installation, network maintenance, or a related field.
Experience in Government Skill Development Projects (DDU-GKY/PMKVY/JSDM/NSDC) is preferred.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of telecom infrastructure, electrical systems, and installation techniques.
Hands-on experience with telecom tools, testing instruments, and electrical equipment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Positive documentation and report-writing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and MIS reporting).
Ability to manage classroom and practical sessions effectively.
Solid problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
