Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and construction plans.
Prepare site measurements, progress reports, and daily work updates.
Monitor material usage and ensure proper quality control at the site.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and construction best practices.
Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and timely completion of the project.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
3–7 years of experience in site execution and supervision.




Robust knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to read technical drawings.
Experience in contractor coordination, site measurements, billing support, and reporting.
Positive understanding of construction methods, building materials, and quality standards.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Construction, Real Estate, Hospitality Projects, Residential or Commercial Building Projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
