Role Overview
We are looking for a agile Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth through direct market engagement. The role involves extensive field travel to meet clients, build relationships, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Travel within the assigned territory to meet doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, or distributors (as applicable)
Generate leads, pitch products/services, and close sales
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and follow-ups (CRM/reporting)
Coordinate with the sales team and management on strategy and targets

Requirements
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
Two-wheeler/vehicle and valid license preferred (if applicable to fieldwork)

Preferred Qualifications




Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR) is a robust plus, especially for candidates transitioning into broader field sales
Experience in pharma, healthcare, or medical device sales
Existing network with doctors, chemists, or hospitals in the region
