Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Loan Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end loan processing and operations function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing loan documentation, disbursement processes, team performance, compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the loan operations team.
Oversee loan application processing, verification, documentation, and disbursement.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files and records.
Monitor loan processing timelines and service levels.
Coordinate with sales, credit, and collections teams for seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Resolve operational issues and customer escalations.
Prepare operational reports and MIS on a regular basis.
Conduct team training and performance reviews.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3–8 years of experience in loan operations, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
Solid knowledge of loan processing and documentation.
Positive leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
